What to expect when you come in:
In our Initial Consultation we will spend 20-30 minutes discussing your goals, health history and an overview of what to expect under care. Depending what unfolds during that conversation we will spend 10-20 minutes running various movement assessments, assessing posture and relevant orthopedic and neurological tests. We finish up our first visit with a 20 minute Adjustment.
Soon after we will meet for our Second Visit. This will include your Report of Findings and another Adjustment. Depending on the progress we've made towards your goals, and how well your body has integrated your first 2 Adjustments, we will lay out a custom care plan to start moving towards your goals.
